The Romanov Dynasty succeeded the Rurik Dynasty after the Time of Troubles. This 300-year chapter saw so many achievements, failures, happy and joyous moments, and sorrowful tragedies. of The Holy Bible And Cross
Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, and Maria Nikolaevna of Russia at the funeral of Grand Duke Constantin “KR” Constantinovich, who died of a heart attack on 15 June 1915. Anastasia and Alexei were at home with their mother.
Nicholas’s diary entry from that day:

At 10:30 I set out with Ella, Olga, Tatiana and Maria to town, straight to the cathedral. The requiem service and funeral lasted two and a half hours. It was sad to look at Aunt Olga, Mavra and particularly poor Tatiana [KR’s daughter] when they lowered Kostia’s body into the grave! Lunched with Mama. Returned to Tsarskoe Selo at 4 o’clock. Went out on the ponds with Alexei. The day was fine. Dined with Ella, Masha and Dmitri. Engaged in talk during the evening.
